Northaxiom Capital Limited was incorporated in 2026. We have not yet completed an acquisition, and we do not claim a track record as a firm.
What we do have is the experience behind it: three decades of direct business ownership, and enterprise operating, technology, risk and transaction leadership across 60+ markets, in earlier roles and businesses. Every figure on this site is attributed to that, and never to North Axiom Capital performance.
Where this site describes shared systems, buying power or capability across what we own, that is how the platform is designed to work as it is built, not a description of a portfolio that already exists.

Investments is the core ownership model. Executive mandates make selected operating capability available without a change of ownership.
We invest as principal, work alongside management and apply our eight-stage operating model through the ownership period.

One perspective comes from owner-managed businesses where customers, suppliers, stock, labour, property, working capital and cash determine whether the company performs every day. The other comes from large regulated organisations where operations, technology, risk, resilience, capital and transactions have to move together.
The combination shapes the firm more than any individual career history. The objective is to preserve what makes an established business valuable, professionalise what constrains growth and use technology only where it improves the economics or resilience of the company.

His experience includes purchasing, stock, staffing, property, customer operations, suppliers and the day-to-day economics of smaller businesses.
