Automate the constraint, not the fashion

Connect robotics, machine vision, data and automation to factory economics.

Industrial starts with the economics of the site: where capacity is lost, where quality varies, where labour is constrained, where material waits and where machines stop.

Once the baseline is clear, we assess whether robotics, machine vision, digital twins, predictive maintenance, intralogistics or workflow automation can improve throughput, quality, labour, working capital, maintenance, energy or resilience.

01

The automation business case

Every intervention should connect to capex, labour, throughput, yield, scrap, downtime, quality, working capital, energy, maintenance and risk. Payback, NPV and IRR can support the decision where appropriate, but the assumptions must be site-specific and transparent.

02

From diagnosis to production

We can support the automation opportunity map, site diagnostic, engineering case, simulation, robotic proof of cell, machine-vision assessment, digital twin, integration, ramp-up and measurement. The output is a better operating system, not installed equipment alone.

03

The factory demonstrator

The we factory is intended to create an operating proof environment where technology encounters real constraints before methods are replicated elsewhere. Public performance claims are made only where ownership, process, technology and before-and-after evidence are documented and verified.
