Assess. Design. Build. Implement. Measure. Scale
The same discipline whether we invest, advise or run the work.
We do not force every client into the same delivery model. The role depends on the outcome required and how close to execution the firm needs to operate.
Client lifecycle
Assess the baseline and economics. Design the future state. Build the required capability. Implement it into the operating environment. Measure the result against an agreed baseline. Scale only what works.
Investment lifecycle
Source, assess, acquire, transform, scale and realise. The eight-stage value-creation model sits inside this ownership lifecycle and can overlap rather than operate as a rigid sequence.
Four engagement modes
Advise: board and executive counsel on a defined question. Mobilise: establish the team, plan and governance. Operate: lead the work directly, including interim leadership where appropriate. Transfer: return ownership to management with the capability and controls in place.
Measurement commitment
Every material engagement should establish a baseline, named outcome, measurement period and attribution method at the beginning. This prevents benefits from being invented after the programme has already finished.
