Built in the real world

An operating proof environment for automation, robotics, data and industrial AI.

The factory is designed to show how we work when technology encounters actual production constraints: downtime, product mix, operators, quality, maintenance, customers, cash and capex.

The factory is not a showroom, but an environment in which the business case, engineering case and operating consequences can be measured together.

Production flow

Demand and orders, materials, planning, production, robotics, machine vision, packaging, internal logistics, warehouse and an intelligence layer.

02

Measurement framework

Establish the baseline before intervention. Measure disruption and ramp during implementation. Measure steady-state performance after stabilisation. Publish only metrics with a defined method and measurement period.

The dashboard can include throughput, OEE, units per labour hour, cycle time, changeover, defects, scrap, rework, downtime, energy per unit, WIP, inventory, lead time, maintenance cost, capex, annual benefit and payback.

Evidence before publication

Factory results are published only where ownership, process, technology, baseline, measurement period and before-and-after evidence are documented. The factory is an operating proof environment, not a showroom.
